Proven Patio isn’t just another patio-cover install company — it’s the product of a lifetime spent learning this craft from the inside out.
My name is Pierce Holder, and before Proven Patio existed, I spent years as the first employee at Ceda-Alum and Aero-louv, helping grow a small, scrappy aluminum shop into a multi-million-dollar operation. When the company was eventually acquired by Four Seasons Building Products, I stepped into a service center manager role — running operations, solving design and engineering issues building teams, and becoming the person Patio contractors called when they needed answers nobody else knew.

After helping grow other companies for nearly a decade, I realized homeowners were missing something important:
