**Warranty & Cancellation Policy**

Every Proven Patio cover is custom-designed, engineered, and installed for your home. Here's how we stand behind it.

**Workmanship warranty**

We warranty our installation workmanship for **[blank: number of years]** from the date of completion. If something we installed isn't right, such as fasteners, flashing, alignment, or electrical work we installed, call us and we'll make it right.

**Manufacturer warranty**

**What's not covered**

Damage from severe weather beyond engineered load ratings, alterations or attachments made by others, lack of basic maintenance, and electrical fixtures supplied by the homeowner.

**Your right to cancel**

You may cancel your contract within the time allowed by California law for home improvement contracts. Instructions are included in the notice of cancellation attached to your contract.

**Deposits and payments**

All Sales Are Final

At Proven Patio, we take pride in the quality of our outdoor products. Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns on standard orders, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us at Provenpatio@gmail.com or call 916-619-0319 within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
