SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

All online store orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather.

Domestic Shipping Policy

At this time, Proven Patio ships only to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for oversized items.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Provenpatio@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final

At Proven Patio, we take pride in the quality of our outdoor products. Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns on standard orders, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us at Provenpatio@gmail.com or call 916-619-0319 within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
